Position Responsibilities:
- Lead design and optimization of commercial operating rhythms (pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, compensation).
- Build scalable infrastructure for account planning, sales systems, CRM governance, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, and C-Suite to align commercial execution with growth and profitability goals.
- Oversee centralized commercial analytics for pipeline health, conversion rates, CAC, and channel ROI.
- Introduce AI-enabled sales intelligence tools for targeting, forecasting, and opportunity scoring.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to evaluate opportunity progress and deal advancement.
- Drive data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership.
- Partner with FP&A and Commercial leaders on forecasting accuracy and revenue projections.
- Own administration and strategic evolution of the sales tech stack (CRM, enablement, CPQ).
- Establish governance routines to ensure data integrity, tool adoption, and accountability.
- Strengthen Sales Enablement for onboarding, training, certification, and skill development.
- Deploy tools and resources to boost seller productivity, shorten cycles, and increase win rates.
- Work with Marketing and Product teams on positioning, messaging, playbooks, and objection handling.
- Ensure segment-specific needs are integrated into campaigns, enablement, and packaging.
- Support new logo and expansion efforts through insight-driven strategies and field coaching.
- Align Product and Marketing on solution bundling and commercialization planning.
- Improve post-sale processes: onboarding handoffs, health scoring, renewal risk, expansion plays, and service utilization standards.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 15 + years of progressive experience in commercial operations, sales strategy, or go-to-market enablement, ideally within enterprise BPO/IT services, healthcare services, health IT, or RCM sectors.
- Demonstrated success scaling commercial operations within a high-growth, matrixed environment.
- Strong proficiency in optimizing CRM (SFDC) and Commercial analytics/BI systems, with expertise in leading SFDC improvement efforts
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence the executive level and drive cross-functional alignment, with a proven record of change management within an organization.
- Strong financial acumen, written/verbal communication skills, synthesizing complex issues and communicating them via simple messages.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Compensation $180k-$200k
