We’re partnering with one of the most iconic names in the meat industry to identify a VP of Retail Sales (East) to lead their branded retail channel strategy across the Eastern U.S. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for a seasoned sales leader ready to take on national retail accounts, manage broker relationships, and drive strategic growth initiatives.

What You’ll Own:

  • Lead and execute the national retail sales strategy for branded products

  • Manage broker networks and direct customer relationships with major retail accounts

  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver margin and volume growth

  • Expand shelf space, introduce new items, and strengthen customer relationships across banners

  • Forecast, budget, and lead annual planning cycles

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in CPG retail sales, preferably within fresh or frozen protein categories

  • Direct experience managing large-scale grocery and mass retail accounts (e.g., Kroger, Ahold, BJ's, Albertsons, Publix, Wakefern)

  • Proven leadership experience with national broker management and retail sales teams

  • Strong background in syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen) and trade strategy

  • Strategic thinker with high executional discipline
