Vice President of Quality Control

We are seeking a Vice President of Quality Control to manage regulatory compliance issues, sales validation, and customer service standards and operations. This role ensures all products, processes, and customer interactions meet internal expectations and external regulatory requirements while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time permanent on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
- Further establish and manage all sales validation processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in customer commitments and contracts
- Oversee customer service quality standards, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Regulatory teams to align quality standards across the organization
- Monitor quality metrics, customer feedback, and compliance performance, report insights to executive leadership
- Lead supplier quality and ensure end-to-end product and service integrity
Qualifications
- 5+ years in quality, regulatory, or compliance roles; 5+ years in senior leadership
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., manufacturing, financial, food,)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory framework
- Proven experience with audits, compliance programs, and cross-functional leadership
