Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Nationwide Financial Assistance Network: Connects patients, providers, pharmacies, partners, and life sciences companies.
- Comprehensive Condition Coverage: Helps patients access and afford treatment across all medical conditions.
- Advanced Technology Platform: Identifies, matches, and enrolls patients in financial assistance programs.
- Enhanced Patient Financial Experience: Lowers care delivery costs while increasing revenue for healthcare organizations.
- Wide Adoption: Implemented across 1,000+ healthcare sites, including major health systems.
- Secure, Web-Based Solutions: Provides financial assistance tools to streamline access and affordability.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to grow the network and revenue, focusing on healthcare providers, pharmacies, and key technology and service vendors.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value strategic partnerships that drive adoption, enhance product integrations, and unlock new commercial opportunities.
- Expand the ecosystem by establishing and managing partnerships with health IT vendors, financial assistance programs, specialty pharmacies, and healthcare service providers.
- Lead deal negotiations and contract structuring, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that align with the business objectives.
- Own revenue-driving partnership initiatives, optimizing go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and co-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution and operational alignment of partnerships.
- Track, measure, and report on partnership performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, identifying emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in healthcare partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with a focus on high-value and high-dollar deals.
- Experience in digital health, health IT, or healthcare services—preferably in a role working with providers, pharmacies, or tech vendors.
- Quota-carrying experience, with demonstrated success in driving both network growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong negotiation, deal-making, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, translating market insights into action.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
