Vice President of Partnerships

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to grow the network and revenue, focusing on healthcare providers, pharmacies, and key technology and service vendors.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value strategic partnerships that drive adoption, enhance product integrations, and unlock new commercial opportunities.
  • Expand the ecosystem by establishing and managing partnerships with health IT vendors, financial assistance programs, specialty pharmacies, and healthcare service providers.
  • Lead deal negotiations and contract structuring, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that align with the business objectives.
  • Own revenue-driving partnership initiatives, optimizing go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and co-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution and operational alignment of partnerships.
  • Track, measure, and report on partnership performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, identifying emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in healthcare partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with a focus on high-value and high-dollar deals.
  • Experience in digital health, health IT, or healthcare services—preferably in a role working with providers, pharmacies, or tech vendors.
  • Quota-carrying experience, with demonstrated success in driving both network growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong negotiation, deal-making, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, translating market insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Compensation $230k-$250k
