Vice President of Partner Growth and Enablement

Salary: $185,000/year Compensation Range: $230,000—$250,000/year Full medical insurance.
Role Importance:
The Vice President of Partner Growth and Enablement will lead the development of strategic partnerships to drive growth and enhance renewal performance across multiple business segments including Financial. This role will oversee partner engagement and governance, working closely with leadership to define and manage channel rules of engagement.
Responsibilities: Revenue & Net-New Growth Strategy
- Revenue Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership:
Drive and align regional revenue strategies in collaboration with Partnerships, Global Sales and Solutions teams. Influence internal stakeholders to ensure partner-driven growth and revenue maximization. - Partner Management & Growth:
Develop and manage a strategic pipeline with key high-volume partners. Lead enablement, forecasting, and performance initiatives to boost partner-generated revenue. Build trusted relationships and serve as the liaison between partners and client teams. - Enablement & Go-to-Market Execution:
Equip partners with tools, training, and insights tailored to business needs, including maximizing subscription credits. Launch innovative go-to-market initiatives that drive pipeline growth and expand into new accounts. - Marketing & Expansion:
Collaborate with regional marketing to develop plans, execute campaigns, create collateral, and track KPIs. Support partner-led demos and customer engagements to increase win rates.
Requirements:
- 12 years leading alliances in Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), AI, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity
- Experience with top-tier partners in services organizations; strong financial services exposure
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
