A leading community management firm is seeking a dynamic Vice President to oversee its South Florida portfolio. Celebrated for cultivating human connection and neighborhood engagement, the organization has a proven record of creating vibrant communities that bring people together. In this role, you will lead a portfolio of 50+ communities, directing a team of regional and community managers to deliver operational excellence while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.
Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus, health, vision, dental, 401k, Car allowance, and more!

Vice President Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in community management, including a minimum of 3 years managing large-scale properties.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional team-building and consensus-building abilities to foster collaboration, establish team alignment, and drive accountability.
- Advanced organizational, leadership, and motivational skills to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience within the industry.
- CAM License Preferred
- Ensure operational readiness by overseeing site teams' routine completion of contractual obligations.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics and service-level targets to uphold and fulfill service promise commitments.
- Effectively communicate and align team priorities by disseminating critical information and ensuring clarity.
- Demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to community management, anticipating and addressing future client needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and open communication channels.
