Client Summary:

- A provider of home-based care services, including health, hospice, and personal support

- Operates under a model that combines local expertise with centralized support
- Emphasizes service quality, clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and employee experience
- Aims to build a strong, scalable presence in the home care space
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute strategic and operational plans for the home health business.
- Drive growth in census, referrals, and profitability while ensuring strong clinical quality and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with sales and operational leaders to optimize referral and admission processes and align market development with operations.
- Lead and mentor field and clinical leaders to achieve performance targets across all agencies and regions.
- Manage reimbursement models, visit utilization, productivity, and staffing ratios for efficient labor performance.
- Oversee financial, clinical, and operational dashboards; implement corrective actions to meet key performance metrics.
- Partner with finance to develop budgets, manage cost controls, and ensure strong P&L performance.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and payer regulations while maintaining excellence in patient care and satisfaction.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
- Foster collaboration across compliance, sales, finance, and operations to align strategy and improve outcomes.
- Represent the organization externally with professionalism in engagements with partners, payers, and regulators.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) required; active compact (NLC) license preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Business preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive home health operations experience, including at least 5 years in multi-site leadership with direct P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated expertise in PDGM reimbursement, productivity management, and labor cost optimization.
- Proven track record of leading growth through operational discipline, referral conversion improvement, and team development.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- High degree of financial and analytical acumen.
- Ability to travel up to 40–50%.
