Compensation is exceptional, and this role would be invited into the equity plan currently valued between $85-90K. Compensation would also include reimbursement for relocation, if applicable.

What You'll Do
- Manage 5 direct reports and 95 indirect reports
- Streamline plant operations
- Manage operations including engineering, quality, production, and maintenance engineering
What You'll Need
- Garage door experience is required
- Some process/product engineering experience strongly preferred
