Vice President of Operations - Home Services

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in the residential services industry? A well-established, rapidly growing multi-trade home services company is seeking a Vice President of Operations - Home Services to lead and optimize its operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and enhance operational efficiencies across HVAC service, installation, and warranty sectors, ensuring maximized profitability and streamlined processes.
Develop and execute strategic growth plans in a multi-trade environment, incorporating electrical, plumbing, fleet management, safety, and supply chain operations.
Utilize data-driven decision-making tools such as Power BI to analyze performance metrics and drive cost efficiency.
Lead vendor and supplier negotiations to optimize costs while maintaining top-tier service quality.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by mentoring managers and aligning operations with company-wide objectives.
Strengthen leadership development by creating cross-functional collaboration and accessibility at all levels.
Work closely with executive leadership to shape long-term growth strategies and sustain operational excellence.

A seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services, overseeing teams in a multi-trade environment.
A growth-oriented strategist with a history of driving year-over-year revenue growth and operational optimization.
A servant leader who thrives in a people-first culture, building relationships and guiding teams through change and growth.
A decisive, high-energy driver who can balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
Experienced in P&L management, maintenance plan-driven operations, and scaling efficiencies to support expansion.
Ideally, someone currently holding a Director of Operations, VP of Operations, or COO role in a $20M+ revenue residential services company who is ready to step into a broader leadership role.
