Our client is seeking a proven sales leader who can build and cultivate effective sales teams that launch new products. The main focus of this role is launching new products into the genomics space with resounding results. Our client anticipates this role to be the future and the "face" of their sales organization. With that being said, every new product that is launched is going to be heavily associated with the individual who takes this role.Key Facets of the role:
Lead the sales organization’s efforts in the successful launch of new and innovative products and services
Manage the sales team to increase testing volume come from specific groups
Plan for a successful launch of novel assays and services by working effectively with other functional organizations including but not limited to, Oncology, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Sales Training, and Sales Operations
Develop and help execute strategies that will increase the efficiency of launching new novel products and services.
Develop a compensation plan that motivates the sales force to effectively launch new products and services
Become the “face of the company” as it relates to the promotion of new products and services to the medical community
Work with Marketing to develop a successful launch plan that includes, Promotion, Pricing, and Trade show representation
Work with IT and Finance to establish and evolve the data reporting tools to track new product growth
Work with the Marketing and Medical teams to monitor, understand and improve the effects of messaging, campaigns, and pilots executed by Sales and Marketing.
