Role Description
Executive-level leader responsible for this company's manufacturing and distribution portfolio including Custom Metal Roofing, Truss & Wall Panel Design & Production, Pre-Hung Doors, Wood Protection, a Distribution Center, Fleet & Equipment Maintenance, and the West Coast Consolidation facility. This role drives cultural leadership, builds high-performing teams, improves quality and throughput, strengthens safety and financial performance, and guides the long-term evolution of manufactured products. The VP serves as the connective tissue between manufacturing, sales, logistics, customers, and executive leadership to ensure the company maintains a leading position in the Hawaii building products market.
