A premier multi-property hospitality and lodging group is seeking a strategic and highly skilled financial leader to serve as its Vice President of Finance. Position Responsibilities

  • Lead all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, and compliance.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term financial strategies and five-year business plans.
  • Direct the budgeting and forecasting processes while implementing benchmarks to measure financial and operational performance.
  • Oversee construction accounting and capital project management, tracking budgets, costs, and timelines for development and renovation initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison with lenders, including conventional and CMBS financing partners, and manage external relations with auditors and government agencies.
  • Maintain a robust internal control environment and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
  • Design and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams to support organizational growth.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, specifically within the hospitality, hotels/resorts, real estate, or country club sectors.
  • Extensive experience in construction accounting and managing the financial aspects of large-scale capital projects.
  • Proven expertise in multi-entity and multi-property financial structures.
  • Strong background in managing lender relationships and navigating CMBS financing.
  • Must be currently local to the Orlando area and able to work onsite full-time.

Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000 base salary (commensurate with experience), bonus program, 401k with company match, 3 weeks PTO plus additional personal and sick time off, short/long term disability, discounted rooms and ameneities, and much more!
