Vice President of Development - Denver

Location: Denver, CO

Position Summary:

We are searching for an individual to join the development team, working closely with executive leadership throughout the entire development lifecycle of Multifamily and Build-to-Rent communities across the greater Denver area (from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins) and other Colorado high growth markets.

This is a new, growth created opening and is with a very well respected, very well capitalized firm that has an active pipeline who is continuing to grow their footprint, business and deal flow with institutional quality development projects and communities. This is a highly visible role as this person will be working hand in hand with executive leadership, stakeholders and partners, being responsible for evaluating new development opportunities, from planning, due diligence through entitlements, overseeing consulting teams, meeting with governing authorities and managing critical development initiatives across the full life cycle for multiple high profile development projects in Colorado.

They have an established brand with an active and growing pipeline of new developments and communities across the major markets in TX, CO and the Carolinas and expanding from there.
