Vice President of Development - Carolinas
Location: Charlotte or anywhere in NC or SC
Position Summary:
We are searching for an individual to join the development team, working closely with executive leadership throughout the entire development lifecycle of Multifamily and Build-to-Rent communities across North and South Carolina (initially, with plans to continue to grow footprint beyond and further into the S. East).
This is a new, growth created opening and is with a very well respected, very well capitalized firm that has an active pipeline across multiple markets, who is continuing to grow their footprint, business and deal flow with institutional quality development projects and communities. This is a highly visible role as this person will be the Market Leader, working hand in hand with executive leadership, stakeholders, and partners; being responsible for the full life cycle of sourcing and building out a pipeline of new development opportunities.

They have an established brand with an active and growing pipeline of new developments and communities (7 actively under construction with another 8-10+ in development) across the major markets in TX, CO, and are focused on continuing to build out a footprint (with the help of this hire) in the Carolinas and expanding from there. They are very well capitalized, have a respected brand, incredible culture and are positioned for continued long-term growth, with plans to double their pipeline and AUM over the next 3-5 years. Thus, the reason for this opening and the search for an individual to help take them to the next level as they continue to expand and deploy capital (captured funds).
