Vice President of Construction

Position Summary:
We are searching for a multifamily construction operations executive (division leader) to continue building out and growing a significant region, business unit and team. This is a true construction operations leadership role, who will report directly into one of the partners and will lead all aspects of the division across the full construction life cycle (planning, precon to CO), leading/building the team (SPMs & PMs who manage their teams) and managing the business across a growing pipeline of multiple projects ($800 - $1.5B+ active construction pipeline) throughout the greater DFW region. The ideal individual will have a strong construction operations background, be a proven leader who can guide the direction of the division, grow and mentor a team and has experience managing multiple projects and project teams for multifamily or mixed-use projects as the GC (in-house or third party).

The firm is proven and is a very well-respected investor, developer and builder (in-house GC) of class A, ammenitized multifamily properties/projects (garden, podium, wrap and mid-rise) in multiple markets. In addition, they are very well capitalized, well established, have an incredible culture and are actively expanding, hitting their stride and in growth mode. Thus, the reason for this opening.
