About the Role

As Regional Director for our San Antonio market, you will lead a portfolio of nine large-scale HOA communities, championing our mission of fostering vibrant, connected neighborhoods through exceptional management practices and community engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Direct operational excellence across multiple properties while mentoring a team of community managers
  • Oversee financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis
  • Build consensus among diverse stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive team performance through clear communication, accountability, and leadership
  • Anticipate community needs and develop forward-thinking solutions

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in community management with at least 3 years managing large-scale single family HOA properties
  • Strong financial acumen and proven leadership abilities
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • CAM License preferred
