Company: Our client is an industry leader in the world of digital lending and loan origination software. Their solutions are used by many of the largest Banks, Credit Unions and Mortgage Originators in the US. And they are growing their Sales Organization.

Position: The Vice President of Client Sales will own revenue growth, retention, and expansion across the existing customer base. This leader will manage and develop a team of Client Sales Executives responsible for deepening relationships, driving cross-sell and upsell of additional products, and ensuring successful renewals. This role is highly strategic and hands-on, partnering closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to maximize customer lifetime value and long-term partnership.

Target Market: Banks, Credit Unions and Independent Mortgage Banks

Location: Remote, Major US city

Travel: expect up to 50% for client meetings, conferences, sales meetings etc

Compensation: base + commission + bonus + Benefits + RSU's= great comp plan! (with this comp plan you are doubling your base salary when you hit quota)

Requirements :

  • experience selling lending related solutions to the largest banks and credit unions.
  • 5+ years leading Client Sales, managing account managers responsible for add-on sales and renewals
  • ideal candidates have experience selling loan origination software, (LOS & POS) digital account opening, digital lending, mortgage focused solutions
  • MUST have experience working with Banks and or Credit Unions with a focus on retail banking.
