Vice President of Client Delivery

Job Description
Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead and optimize end-to-end operations for healthcare claim dispute resolution
  • Build scalable workflows, systems, and operational playbooks
  • Drive efficiency improvements to reduce manual work and headcount dependency
  • Manage high-volume, detail-oriented case workflows with precision
  • Establish operational KPIs (resolution rates, cycle time, productivity, accuracy)
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to improve scalability
  • Lead and develop operations team (15–30+ employees)
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to ensure seamless delivery
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare services, RCM, or healthcare tech
  • Proven experience leading operations or delivery teams
  • Experience with healthcare claims, billing, or dispute workflows
  • Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency and scalability
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience in federally regulated healthcare workflows (e.g., dispute resolution)
  • Background in RCM services companies (e.g., AGS, Asperion, etc.)
  • Experience in early-stage or scaling organizations
  • Exposure to automation, AI, or workflow optimization tools
  • Consulting background with strong process orientation
Compensation $200k-$250k
