What You’ll Do:

• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in real estate, healthcare, and investment sectors.

• Pursue early-stage project opportunities, contribute to RFP responses, and support compelling proposal creation.

• Partner with leadership to enhance marketing materials and presentation strategies.

• Lead the entire business development lifecycle, from prospecting to client onboarding.

• Represent the company at major industry events like BOMA Medical and Revista.

• Drive strategic acquisition discussions and cross-sell services across platforms.

What You Bring:

• 7–10 years in commercial real estate or property management, with preference for medical experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.

• Proven success in high-level business development and sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot and adept at market research and analytics.
