As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and scaling recruitment and onboarding strategies for a rapidly growing organization. This role will be responsible for:

  • Leading enterprise-wide recruitment and onboarding strategy across all job families
  • Managing a high-performing team including Talent Acquisition Managers and an Executive Recruiter
  • Overseeing full-cycle recruitment for niche and hard-to-fill roles, especially in clinical domains
  • Designing scalable processes and compliance-aligned recruiting policies
  • Partnering with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and support organizational growth
  • Implementing recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding initiatives
  • Tracking and analyzing talent acquisition KPIs to ensure operational excellence

Expectations will include:

  • Achieving an 85%+ fill rate within 60 days of job posting across all roles
  • Meeting monthly hiring targets with an 80%+ offer acceptance rate
  • Reducing time-to-fill for critical roles by 10% year over year
  • Building and maintaining a KPI dashboard and TA team performance scorecards
  • Delivering a standardized onboarding process with 100% completion compliance
  • Supporting 100% staffing readiness for de novo expansions
  • Publishing and ensuring annual compliance of all recruiting and onboarding policies
  • Fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture across the Talent Acquisition function

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years in senior leadership
  • Proven success in healthcare/clinical recruiting; ABA industry experience strongly preferred
  • Expertise in both high-volume and specialized recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems (experience with Dayforce and iCIMS is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and recruitment metrics
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Sales-minded approach with the ability to attract and influence top-tier talent

Compensation: Compensation will be a combination of base and bonus and there may be a shot at equity for the right person. Total cash compensation will be in the low to mid $200s.
