Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to CEO for a growing technology startup that provides management software to heavy industrial industry.

The Vice President, Software Sales owns the full sales cycle from lead to close. Launch product and gain market share. Establishes lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers. Fosters new relationships through outbound efforts. Helps educate customers on value throughout the adoption cycle. Navigates key decision makers to build software within organizations. Identifies customer needs and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal. Initiates, negotiates, and closes new and renewal contracts with customers. Communicates and organizes issues appropriately including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries. Collaborates and works with different stakeholders to build strategic adoption plans for customers. Prepares and educates customers on new features and releases. Monitors and identifies adoption and utilization trends. Provides recommendations based on customer's business needs and usage patterns. Conducts periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer happiness. Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including products.

Background Required:
  • Software sales (5 years)
  • National sales account management
  • Managed a pipeline, closing large contracts
  • Planned, developed, & executed strategic business plans for products-services
  • Time & territory management reporting processes (CRM, i.e.: HubSpot, MS Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Marketing, or Business)
  • Location: Miami, FL (Open to remote home-office environment)
