Client Summary:

- Helps optimize staff efficiency, reduce operational friction, and improve overall experience for both patients and teams.
- Designed to scale seamlessly, offering customizable and multilingual communication solutions.
- Own end-to-end sales execution, meeting and exceeding individual quota and pipeline development goals
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to engage target accounts and executive decision-makers
- Conduct discovery and value-based conversations with CIOs, COOs, CMOs, and other senior leaders
- Navigate complex procurement processes, IT integration requirements, and multi-line business use cases
- Build and execute strategic account plans for both new prospects and assigned customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver joint value propositions
- Accurately forecast activity, stage progression, and revenue through CRM tools and sales operations discipline
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare technology or digital health
- Minimum 2 years selling into large, $1B+ health systems or IDNs
- Proven success in outbound enterprise sales and navigating long, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Executive presence and strong communication skills with a track record of building C-level relationships
- Deep understanding of provider operations, including patient access, contact center, clinical ops, and financial workflows
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and unstructured environment
