Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end sales execution, meeting and exceeding individual quota and pipeline development goals
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to engage target accounts and executive decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery and value-based conversations with CIOs, COOs, CMOs, and other senior leaders
  • Navigate complex procurement processes, IT integration requirements, and multi-line business use cases
  • Build and execute strategic account plans for both new prospects and assigned customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver joint value propositions
  • Accurately forecast activity, stage progression, and revenue through CRM tools and sales operations discipline
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 7–10+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare technology or digital health
  • Minimum 2 years selling into large, $1B+ health systems or IDNs
  • Proven success in outbound enterprise sales and navigating long, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills with a track record of building C-level relationships
  • Deep understanding of provider operations, including patient access, contact center, clinical ops, and financial workflows
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and unstructured environment

Compensation $185k-$255k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
