We're seeking a dynamic VP of Sales to lead a team of sales professionals in bringing their groundbreaking first product, undercarriage security technology, to market. You'll play a crucial role in building a team of account executives and sales channels, driving and ensuring the successful delivery of our client's solutions to a range of key end-users, including Critical Infrastructure, Government Agencies, Private Gated Communities, Stadiums/Arenas/Events, and Border Patrol.

Vehicle inspection is a critical aspect of access control, but current methods are often outdated and inadequate. Our client's technology offers a solution by scanning, detecting, and protecting against undercarriage threats and malicious actors.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on VP of Sales who can build a team and lead by example as a true player/coach. This is a pivotal role in a startup environment that demands a "Founder's Mindset."

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, leading and managing a sales team, collaborating with internal teams, staying informed about industry trends, and effectively conveying the value proposition and competitive advantages of the product.
