Our client is a large integrated 5* Resort in the Philippines.

This role will report to the SVP, Casino Marketing.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

• Develops and implements strategies to grow and retain the casino's high-value player base, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Leads International Sales and Services teams
• Develops annual business plans to identify revenue opportunities, while managing expenses to ensure a positive return on investment
• Leverages Club membership to boost play, stays, and visits of key members
• Creates communication strategies, and offers tickets, VIP passes, and special promotions to attract targeted customers
• Manages China markets for local and international customers, leading dedicated operations teams
• Ensures compliance with customer service, operational standards, audits, regulations, productivity, and budget goals

Profile

• College (or higher) degree
• Experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience in the Gaming industry, integrated 5* Resort experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of regulatory issues related to credit and junket representatives
• Good understanding of Chinese culture
• Mandarin Speaking
• Multilingual with excellent communication skills to attract premium players and handle high-level complaints
• Proven ability to lead individuals and build them into a cohesive team
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively, re-prioritizing as needed
• Strong in spoken and written English
• Active person with outgoing personality
• Positive attitude
• Independent and team player at the same time
• Result oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Energetic, hands-on, flexible, and motivated
• Computer literate
