A statewide non-profit advocacy and education organization serving aging services has an immediate opportunity for a Vice President Operations.

Reporting to and partnering with the CEO, the VP of Operations will advance the mission of the organization by assuming leadership responsibilities that include: Addressing member inquiries and problems, overseeing policies, procedures and outsourced operations (event management and communications), contributing to Board governance, leading assigned projects and programs, and supervising the association office and staff in the CEO's absence.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with prior healthcare experience (aging services strongly preferred), has excellent organizational and communication skills, is customer-service driven, knowledeable with technology (ideally Office 365), and a team player.
