Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Oversees all operations in the Asphalt divison
· Manages budget, estimating, and developing business
· Manages materials, quality, and testing
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Demonstrate thorough knowledge of ODOT rules
· Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
· Manage personnel
A successful candidate will possess the following:
· 3-5 years direct experience in asphalt and materials construction industries
· Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
· Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently, demonstrate excellent communication skills
· Must have experience with multi-million dollar projects
Salary Range: $150-175K
