VASCULAR SURGERY - TUCSON, AZ

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established vascular surgery program at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tucson with Carondelet Medical Group (100+ providers). This employed position offers state-of-the-art hybrid OR and newly constructed Vascular Surgery OR with integrated cardiology services.

COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $450,000 - $650,000+
- Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation

CLINICAL PRACTICE
- Full-spectrum open and endovascular surgery
- EVAR, TEVAR, carotid, peripheral arterial
- State-of-the-art hybrid OR
- Newly constructed Vascular Surgery OR
- Dedicated support: practice manager, MA, surgery scheduler
- Integrated interventional cardiovascular services

SCHEDULE & CALL
- 1-2 clinic days + 3-4 OR/inpatient rounding days weekly
- Weekday and weekend call responsibilities
- Team-based approach

REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Vascular Surgery
- 3+ years post-training experience preferred (not required)
- Patient-centered care commitment
