Description: A well-established automotive group with a strong portfolio of dealerships across Southern New England and Florida is seeking an experienced Variable or Fixed Operations Director to join its leadership team. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to drive performance improvements, streamline operations, and enhance profitability across multiple stores.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in multi-store operations within the automotive retail space.
- Deep understanding of variable or fixed operations.
- Strong familiarity with CDK.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and a passion for developing people.
- Open to frequent travel between Northeast and Florida markets.
- Based in RI, MA or CT.
Compensation Range: $500,000 (based on experience)
