Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Healthcare technology company orchestrating AI, human workflows, and partner ecosystems in real time within compliance and SLA requirements
- Provides a priority processing model that ensures highest-value work is consistently delivered first across revenue cycle operations
- Enables rapid AI deployment with built-in visibility, governance, and risk reduction for complex operational environments
- Combines technology and business process outsourcing capabilities to drive efficiency and performance across healthcare administrative functions
- Positioned in the growing healthcare RCM and intelligent automation market with a focus on scalability, compliance, and measurable throughput improvement
- Serve as the primary sales resource in North America, owning the full sales cycle from pipeline development through close
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across hospitals, diagnostic labs, physician groups, and RCM outsourcers
- Build and manage CFO, COO, and VP-level relationships within hospital and health system environments
- Own all won accounts as account manager including executive relationship management, value delivery, and expansion opportunities
- Lead RFI/RFP strategy, pricing, pipeline reporting, and forecast accuracy across new and existing customers
- Maintain Territory Plans, Account Plans, and opportunity-level Game Plans in CRM with rigorous discipline
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Delivery teams across the US and Australia
- Monitor gross profit across managed accounts and surface product improvement opportunities from market intelligence
- Over time, lead and coach business development team members as the organization scales
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven track record selling software or SaaS into hospital and health system environments in North America with demonstrable C-suite relationships
- Deep RCM domain knowledge across hospitals, physician groups, and diagnostic labs
- Expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle enterprise sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a sole contributor in an early-stage or growth environment without team support
- Proven new business development track record in the US healthcare market
- Experience owning both business development and account management across the full customer lifecycle
- Disciplined sales process execution including Territory Plans, Account Plans, and CRM hygiene
- Background selling into organizations undergoing RCM transformation, outsourcing transitions, or technology modernization
- Familiarity with workflow automation, priority processing, or AI-enabled solutions
