Benelux Tek Group is seeking for a VP of Sales. The Individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and smoothing the client relationship. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales and leadership experience along with excellent organizational vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and implementing new growth opportunities with existing clients.
  • Identifying business expansion opportunities by contacting potential new clients and negotiating the contracts.
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Identifying and making the required adjustments for improvements through feedback
  • Managing and directly leading the client engagements and projects for driving out the direct revenue for the company.
  • Proactively contributing to direct, in- person and building relationships activities with clients.
  • Leading , defining and developing the key sales strategies.
  • Conducting regular client meeting in- person and remotely.
  • Understanding the business and personal goals for the clients and at the same time developing long- term quality relationship.
  • Build and make new connections in targeted market.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University/college degree from/ or related : Business Administration, commerce or related field.
  • 5+ experience with sales specifically in a recruiting agency.
  • Dynamic personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to be flexible during any changing circumstances.
  • Must be reliable and dependable.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • CRM and other digital sales platforms preferred.
  • Strong management and relationship – building skills.
  • Collaborative leadership style
  • Having an outgoing personality for comfortable communication.
