Benelux Tek Group is seeking for a VP of Sales. The Individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and smoothing the client relationship. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales and leadership experience along with excellent organizational vision.
- Identifying and implementing new growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Identifying business expansion opportunities by contacting potential new clients and negotiating the contracts.
- Answering calls and emails
- Identifying and making the required adjustments for improvements through feedback
- Managing and directly leading the client engagements and projects for driving out the direct revenue for the company.
- Proactively contributing to direct, in- person and building relationships activities with clients.
- Leading , defining and developing the key sales strategies.
- Conducting regular client meeting in- person and remotely.
- Understanding the business and personal goals for the clients and at the same time developing long- term quality relationship.
- Build and make new connections in targeted market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University/college degree from/ or related : Business Administration, commerce or related field.
- 5+ experience with sales specifically in a recruiting agency.
- Dynamic personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to be flexible during any changing circumstances.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- CRM and other digital sales platforms preferred.
- Strong management and relationship – building skills.
