As VP of Sales, you will lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving pipeline execution, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth. You will partner with our CRO to execute our go-to-market strategy, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and repeatability in our sales process.

Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing Account Executives.
  • Drive pipeline development and execution, ensuring full-funnel efficiency.
  • Establish rigorous sales processes, cadences, and performance metrics.

Pipeline & Forecasting Excellence

  • Develop and implement best-in-class pipeline management to drive deal velocity.
  • Own forecasting accuracy, ensuring predictability and transparency in revenue reporting.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and optimize conversion rates.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Work closely with the CRO and marketing to align strategy and drive market penetration.
  • Leverage AI-driven products and strong inbound demand to accelerate new client acquisition.
  • Ensure consistent sales messaging and execution across the team
