What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of ~25–30 sales professionals across the U.S.
  • Drive commercial performance across a $400M+ revenue base.
  • Strengthen relationships with key national accounts while identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Embed value-based selling and build a culture of accountability and service excellence.
  • Partner with marketing, customer service, and operations to align strategy and delivery.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success leading multi-region sales teams within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience delivering sustained growth and strong P&L performance.
  • Skilled in strategic account management and commercial negotiation.
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, motivate, and elevate teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA advantageous).
  • Location flexible within the U.S. — Houston, TX preferred but not required.
