Vice President of Sales — Las Vegas, NV (Full-Time)

Overview
Our client, a fast-growing provider of electronic security and alarm solutions, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and scale its sales organization. This executive role will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build high-performing teams that deliver customized security solutions to both residential and commercial clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and expand a sales team focused on residential, commercial, and enterprise security solutions.

  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to increase market share.

  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and stakeholders.

  • Establish and track KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in electronic security, alarm systems, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to balance big-picture vision and hands-on execution.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with the Las Vegas and broader Nevada market preferred.
