Overview
Our client, a growing leader in mechanical services, is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to drive strategic growth across the Southeastern U.S. market. This executive role will shape sales direction, mentor high-performing teams, and ensure the company’s offerings remain the preferred choice for commercial and industrial clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop the sales organization to deliver consistent, sustainable growth.

  • Build and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Partner with senior leadership to identify market trends and adjust plans accordingly.

  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and customer focus.

  • Oversee major client relationships and high-value contract negotiations.

  • Establish KPIs and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

What You’ll Need

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or a related technical industry.

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-state or regional sales teams.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on operational goals.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.

  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeastern region.
