Security Division Manager PA Full-Time On-Site

Overview

Our client is an established life-safety and security provider serving commercial and industrial customers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
Privately held with over 30 years in business.

They are seeking a Security Division Manager to lead the growth, performance, and profitability of the security division. This role oversees sales, design, project management, installation, and service while driving strong customer relationships, operational performance, and team development.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop the security department across sales, technical, and field functions.
  • Drive department growth, profitability, pricing strategy, and customer development.
  • Oversee project performance, budgets, timelines, quality, and safety.
  • Monitor key metrics including job costs, technician utilization, project schedules, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Provide technical guidance on access control, video, structured cabling, networking, and security systems.
  • Improve processes, vendor relationships, billing accuracy, and overall department efficiency.

What You’ll Need

  • 10+ years of experience in the security industry.
  • Leadership experience overseeing sales and field teams.
  • Strong technical, operational, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of electronic security systems, installation methods, codes, and design standards.
  • Strong communication, customer-facing, and team-development skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
