The goal is to become a full service “Glass Company” catering to the multi-family, national tract home builders, single family contractors, and commercial glazing contractor markets. The Role
The Vice President of Sales will take charge of developing and leading a high-performing sales organization across multiple Southwest Florida locations, driving both revenue growth and operational performance. This individual will focus on building out the sales team, expanding the company’s presence in key markets, and strategizing to acquire and retain large-scale customers. The position requires an influential leader with a deep understanding of windows, glass, and doors the Southwest Florida market, as well as the ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Day-to-day duties will include overseeing the sales process, developing sales teams, strengthening relationships with key customers, and working closely with leadership to align on high-priority growth initiatives.
