What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own the entire sales strategy—building pipeline, developing go-to-market plans, and leading a team of direct sellers and channel partners to deliver double-digit growth. Your role spans strategic planning to tactical execution. And because this company doesn’t do “off-the-shelf” sales, your ability to understand complex operational challenges and align technology to solve them is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Scale: Develop and execute a national sales strategy that aligns with aggressive growth targets and positions the company as the go-to partner for PARCS and integrated mobility solutions.
  • Lead & Inspire: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across direct sales and channel/reseller partners. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Drive Revenue: Own the sales pipeline. Forecast accurately. Expand market share across verticals—municipal, airport, healthcare, commercial real estate, and higher ed.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Maintain and grow executive-level relationships with key clients. Ensure the customer experience remains exceptional and insights are fed back into product and marketing.
  • Collaborate to Win: Partner with product, marketing, deployment, and executive teams to align vision and execution. Your voice will help shape how new solutions go to market.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and territory metrics. Use real data to optimize the process and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7–10+ years in senior sales leadership roles, ideally with a blend of strategic and hands-on execution
  • Proven experience leading sales teams selling complex technology solutions in the parking or mobility industries
  • Strong track record of exceeding growth targets, especially in SaaS, access control, or infrastructure technology environments
  • Experience managing direct and indirect sales channels, including value-added resellers
  • Ability to travel and engage directly with customers and partners across North America
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
