Role You Will Play:

In this role, as the new VP of Sales, you will lead, mentor, and direct the Outside and Inside Sales teams. We need a hands-on sales leader, with 3 to 5 years of prior sales management experience who will be the driving force behind the sales team's overall growth strategies. This role will be 50% operating within the headquarters and 50% in the field with the outside sales reps and customers. Experience with high-end millwork is a plus, along with solutions-based sales experience working for a manufacturer as their business development resource for builders, architects, specialty distributors, and retail dealers throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.
