Role You Will Play:
In this role, as the new VP of Sales, you will manage the teams of Outside Sales, Inside Sales and Customer Service. We need a hands on sales leader, with previous experience developing and growing their teams successfully, and someone who comes to the table with some millwork manufacturing and distribution knowledge. This role will be 80% operating within the headquarters and 20% in the field with the Outside reps and customers. An experienced CRM, KPI, technologically driven person will be the best fit for this role.
