Our client is a 30M, privately held furniture manufacturer that needs a strategic sales leader to build a team and strategy. They have an exclusive alliance with one of the furniture industry's major manufacturers, allowing them access to colors and designs they manufacture as a cost competitor. This VP of Sales role would have five direct reports and shared P&L responsibility with the CEO.
