About the Role:
The VP Product Marketing is a customer-obsessed leader who will lead the development and execution of our go-to-market approach across the entire portfolio of our offerings, including products, services, and solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will work closely with customers, sales, product management, business development, and operations to ensure our strategies and offerings resonate with target markets. Additionally, you will support and interface with field marketing globally while driving significant strategic transformation within the company.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strategic thinking, a results-oriented approach, strong leadership skills that enable them to guide cross-functional teams towards achieving our business objectives, and an unwavering commitment to customer needs. You should be passionate about maintaining the company's brand narrative and driving revenue growth. A deep understanding of the enterprise technology/software market and the needs of our target audience is critical.


Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with company leaders to develop strategies, tactics, and resources aligned with company business objectives.
• Support company leadership by providing insights to help identify and develop new offerings.
• Keep abreast of target buyer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape in the enterprise technology/software sector.
• Develop an aligned go-to-market approach to support and expand the portfolio of offerings, including identifying target audiences, creating compelling messaging and value propositions, and developing a content architecture.
• Develop a sales enablement plan to increase portfolio adoption and direct marketing contributions.
• Oversee the launch planning for new offerings.
• Manage internal and external resources responsible for creating content for websites, campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to the marketing team.
• Regularly review and optimize the organization's go-to-market processes to close performance gaps.


Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing leadership within the enterprise technology/software industry, successful experience in large enterprise software solutions company preferred.
• Proven track record of strategic transformation in previous roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a customer-obsessed organization and transform from product-driven to market-led.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated creative and innovative thinking.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful go-to-market approaches.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
