A fast-growing organization that is looking to break through into new markets while they look at expansion. They serve a diverse customer base including window and door manufacturers, as well as millwork wholesalers with door-hanging capabilities, dealers, and major retailers and distributors. As the Vice President of Product and Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work within a collaborative, and dynamic organization where your influence will be felt day one.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Product and Marketing in the greater Phoenix market. Reporting to the President & CEO, you will be responsible for the company’s marketing, product development, and engineering – being a direct influencer in the company’s product portfolio, marketing direction, and continued innovation in the fenestration space. You will own projects from inception to completion while remaining passionate about the product and utilizing your keen marketing skills to encourage others to feel the same.

Benefits and Compensation:
  • Base Salary Range: $150-170k
  • All in Compensation: Base + bonus = $200k+
