The Vice President of National Industrial & Power Operations is an executive leadership role responsible for overseeing and advancing a national portfolio of industrial and power construction operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for a national portfolio of industrial and power construction operations across multiple geographic regions.
  • Assess the existing portfolio of industrial and power projects, including pipeline, backlog, staffing strategy, and operational performance.
  • Develop and implement a long-term national strategy to drive growth, operational excellence, and market expansion within industrial and power sectors.
  • Align regional operational practices into a cohesive national framework that promotes consistency in project delivery, safety performance, and financial outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to expand business opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Lead and develop senior operational leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all projects and markets.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of construction or engineering experience within industrial or power markets.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale self-perform construction operations across multiple geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and retain senior operational teams.
  • Strong business development experience and the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of safety management, quality standards, project delivery practices, and financial performance metrics in industrial construction environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
