VP of Member and Employee Services
As the VP overseeing Member and Employee Services, this position leads the Member Relations and Human Resource activities for a highly successful $1.5B Wisconsin agricultural organization. This position has 5 direct reports responsible for member services, marketing/public relations, and Human resources, where each of those teams engages with members to grow their satisfaction and business success while also enabling the talent acquisition and career development of their employees.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership and management teams to enable continued success and execution of the strategic plan through improved customer and employee experience.
- Provides effective communication at all organizational levels, including leadership team, employees, business partnerships, community, members, customers, and any related government or regulatory agencies.
- Relate to rural members with a high level of integrity and trust.
- Manage the overall employment budget: compensation, benefits, performance management, and acquisition cost.
- Enable the organization's management team to recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
- Leverage industry connections and relationships to create opportunities and enable their ongoing success.
Key Requirements
- This position requires a basic understanding of the ag industry along with people leadership, and industry foresight within this sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10 plus years of leadership in an ag-business, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A strong track record of developing strategy, executing plans, and departmental budgeting while serving in a leadership capacity.

- This position reports directly to the CEO.
- A key component of this position is community involvement and daily leadership team interaction, so this position requires the successful candidate to work from the corporate office in Southeastern Wisconsin without the potential of remote employment.
