Position Summary

Our client is hiring a VP of IT Infrastructure to oversee infrastructure strategy, architecture, operations, and modernization. This leader will guide cloud initiatives, data center management, network performance, system availability, and long‑term technology planning. The role requires deep technical and operational experience in enterprise infrastructure with the ability to lead teams and influence organizational strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure strategy, including cloud migration, networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and architecture
• Oversee daily operations and performance of IT infrastructure systems ensuring uptime, stability, and reliability
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure
• Guide disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity initiatives
• Manage infrastructure budgets, contracts, and vendor performance
• Implement infrastructure automation, monitoring, and standardization
• Partner with executives to ensure technology investments support organizational growth
• Lead and mentor infrastructure managers, engineers, and operational teams

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of IT infrastructure management and leadership experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, hybrid cloud)
• Expertise in enterprise networking, server environments, virtualization, and data center operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities
• Experience with cybersecurity alignment and risk management
• Background managing multi‑year infrastructure roadmaps and large budgets
