VP of Human Resources

This role requires a hands-on approach with the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals across 20+ plants located across multiple states. The VP of Human Resources will lead the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices that are aligned with the company's overall mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
