We are looking for a VP of Finance to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, review, and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, long-range strategic plan, provide periodic business analysis and provide financial support for strategic initiatives
• Review, guide, manage, and approve forecasts, monthly performance reviews, periodic business reviews, annual budgets
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the business and partner with the Controller to create and develop KPI's to drive business decisions
• Act as a business partner to the CFO and other senior business leaders to identify and harvest value opportunities across the company
• Monitor the company’s performance against its long-range strategic plan
• Evaluates and monitors actual performance against business plan, reporting variances

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of finance experience
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proven track record in successfully supporting growth using strong analytical skills and effective financial modeling, and tracking
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
• Highly analytical with ability to consume and process large amounts of information
• Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
