The successful applicant is a designated CPA and has over 10 years of progressive finance & accounting experience. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple priorities is key.

Responsibilities
The VP of Finance is responsible for, and not limited to:
- Run a fast, accurate monthly close across multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations and FX where applicable
- Own consolidated financial statements and the integrity of every number that leaves the building
- Manage the annual audit end-to-end
- Own the budget, forecast, and rolling reforecast cycles; build models that answer real operating questions
- Build clean, repeatable management reporting — KPIs, variance analysis, and a monthly board package that tells the truth
- Run cash forecasting and working capital management
- Drive process and systems improvements across ERP, consolidation tools, and reporting. Reduce manual work, increase speed and accuracy
- Contribute to M&A diligence, integration finance, and post-close reporting where applicable
