As VP of Enterprise Architecture, you will define the architectural vision, align technology with business strategy, and ensure that systems and processes are scalable, secure, and future-ready. You will work closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Leadership

  • Provide leadership in defining core enterprise technologies, including development tools, methodologies, system architectures, security techniques, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints that align with business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
  • Lead enterprise-level architecture initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end integrated systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Ensure technology roadmaps align with business priorities and operational needs.

Strategic Planning & Business Alignment

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute an architectural strategy that supports company growth.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that enterprise architecture solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Gain executive-level buy-in for key enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure initiatives.
  • Establish key performance metrics to measure the impact of architectural decisions on business success.

Innovation & Technology Leadership

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, leading the adoption of new architectural methodologies and technology advancements.
  • Research and analyze emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating potential technology partnerships that enhance business capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure enterprise architecture aligns with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product management, marketing, and operations to align technology initiatives with customer needs and market demands.
  • Ensure seamless integration of business processes with technology architecture.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Architects, Business Architects, and Solution Architects, fostering a high-performance culture.

Required Qualifications

  • TOGAF Certification (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Technology, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of leadership experience in enterprise architecture, leading high-performing teams
  • Proven experience in evaluating, integrating, and implementing technologies in large-scale enterprises
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align architecture with business goals
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership
  • Deep understanding of technology controls, security frameworks, and IT governance
