Our client is a 30-year-old affordable housing developer, investor, and tax credit syndicator. They’ve delivered over 100 projects and have invested more than three billion dollars of equity in affordable housing and renewable energy projects. They are looking for both a Vice President of Development and Development Manager to join their team in TX. The VP level candidates should have experience identifying new development opportunities and managing them through the development process. Development Manager candidates will be responsible for executing deals in the pipeline. Compensation for both positions will be commensurate with experience.
